1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the PureFlow website, online store, and related services (“Services”), and purchases made through the Services. The Services are operated by PureFlow (“PureFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies expressly incorporated by reference, including our Returns Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and Accurate Information

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. PureFlow is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, subject to applicable law.

3. Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by screen and device. Review product descriptions, dimensions, compatibility details, included accessories, and specifications before ordering. Products are subject to availability. We may correct typographical, pricing, description, inventory, or listing errors and may reasonably restrict quantities. If a material error or unavailability affects an order after payment, we may cancel the affected order, notify you, and provide any refund required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms permits us to disregard mandatory consumer protections.

4. Order Submission, Acceptance, and Cancellation

Your order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An email acknowledging receipt does not necessarily mean PureFlow has accepted the order or guaranteed shipment. We may review orders for payment authorization, inventory availability, shipping restrictions, suspected fraud, or material listing errors. An order is accepted when PureFlow expressly confirms acceptance or otherwise processes it as an accepted order under the checkout terms. If we decline or cancel an order after collecting payment, we will notify you and issue any refund required by law. Once an order has entered fulfillment or been handed to a carrier, cancellation may no longer be available; the return process may instead apply, subject to mandatory legal rights.

5. Prices, Payment, and Promotions

Prices, shipping charges, discounts, and applicable taxes will be shown or calculated at checkout as applicable. You authorize PureFlow and its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the order total disclosed at checkout. Promotional offers may have eligibility rules, time limits, quantity limits, and exclusions disclosed with the offer. Offers may not be combined unless expressly stated. We may correct promotional or pricing errors, subject to applicable law and obligations arising from an accepted order.

6. Sales Tax and Other Taxes

The amount charged at checkout may include applicable sales tax, use tax, and other taxes or fees PureFlow is required to collect. Tax amounts may vary based on the delivery address, product type, and applicable law. PureFlow will collect, report, and remit taxes for which it is legally responsible. Tax treatment may differ depending on the state, inventory location, and sales channel. Nothing in these Terms requires a customer to pay a charge that PureFlow is legally obligated to pay itself. PureFlow does not provide tax advice.

7. Fulfillment, Shipping, and Delivery Estimates

Orders may be stored, packed, and shipped by third-party fulfillment providers and delivered by independent carriers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, orders are expected to ship from a U.S.-based fulfillment location. Processing and delivery timeframes are estimates unless a specific timeframe is expressly promised. PureFlow will use the shipping timeframe stated at checkout or in the applicable product offer and comply with applicable shipping laws. If PureFlow cannot ship within the required timeframe, we will provide any delay notice, request for consent, cancellation option, and refund required by applicable law. If no shipping timeframe is stated, applicable law may supply a default timeframe. Tracking information may take time to appear or update. Carrier tracking may assist in investigating delivery issues but does not, by itself, eliminate rights or obligations under applicable law.

8. Delivery Problems, Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package is lost, damaged, misdelivered, or materially delayed, contact dwlee4983@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and reasonably available supporting information, such as photos of damage or packaging. PureFlow will investigate with the fulfillment provider or carrier and provide any remedy required by applicable law. Customers should provide a safe and accurate delivery address and promptly report delivery issues. Nothing in this section makes the customer responsible for loss or damage where applicable law places responsibility elsewhere or waives non-waivable consumer rights.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by this section and the separate Returns Policy at https://pureflow.com/returns-policy. Review that policy before purchasing for product-specific conditions, eligibility, and instructions. Mandatory legal rights always prevail over any inconsistent policy. Subject to applicable law and any product-specific policy disclosed before purchase, eligible items may be returned within 14 days after delivery. To request a return, contact dwlee4983@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. PureFlow may provide return authorization and instructions before an item is sent back. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned with included accessories and packaging, where reasonably applicable. Unless otherwise stated in the Returns Policy or required by law, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost for a change-of-mind return, provided that cost was disclosed before purchase. PureFlow will not use change-of-mind return requirements to exclude remedies required by law for defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed products. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where practicable, within the timeframe required by applicable law and payment-provider processing rules. Shipping charges, discounts, and any deductions will be handled as stated in the Returns Policy, subject to applicable law. Any product-specific non-returnable restriction must be clearly disclosed before purchase and permitted by law. PureFlow will not impose a restocking fee or other deduction unless clearly disclosed in advance and permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this section limits mandatory warranty, refund, or other consumer rights.

10. Order Changes and Return Shipping

Contact PureFlow promptly if you need to correct an order. Changes may not be possible once an order enters fulfillment. For approved returns, follow PureFlow’s instructions and use a shipping method appropriate for the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns only where disclosed before purchase and permitted by law. PureFlow will provide instructions for defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed items as required by law.

11. International Sourcing, Direct International Shipping, and Import Charges

Products may be sourced from suppliers in the United States or other countries. Unless the product listing or checkout expressly states otherwise, customer orders are fulfilled from a U.S.-based fulfillment location. For orders shipped from a U.S. warehouse to a U.S. address, customers should not expect a separate import-duty charge merely because a product was manufactured or sourced overseas. PureFlow remains responsible for import-related obligations legally imposed on PureFlow as importer or seller. If PureFlow offers direct shipment from outside the United States to a customer, applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges will be disclosed before purchase to the extent reasonably available. A customer is responsible for such charges only where the order terms clearly allocate them to the customer and applicable law permits that allocation. Nothing in this section shifts an obligation to a customer where that shift is not permitted by law.

12. Product Use and Safety

Review product instructions, warnings, compatibility information, and intended-use limitations supplied with the product. Use products only as directed and for their intended purpose. Do not use a product that appears damaged or unsafe; contact PureFlow for assistance. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their text, design, graphics, logos, and other content, are owned by PureFlow or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Services for personal, lawful shopping purposes. You may not copy, distribute, modify, publish, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit content or functionality except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

14. Prohibited Conduct and Misuse

You may not use the Services unlawfully, interfere with their security or operation, submit fraudulent orders, use another person’s payment details without authorization, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts. PureFlow may take reasonable steps to investigate suspected misuse, protect customers and the Services, and restrict access where justified and permitted by law.

15. Third-Party Services and Fulfillment Providers

PureFlow may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, inventory storage, order fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and customer support. Those providers may process information necessary to perform their services under applicable contracts and law. Third-party websites and services may have their own terms and privacy policies. PureFlow is not responsible for the independent practices of third-party websites it does not control, but this clause does not eliminate PureFlow’s own legal obligations for products sold through the Services or its use of service providers.

16. Privacy and Personal Information

PureFlow may disclose personal information to service providers and contractors that support order processing, payment processing, warehousing, shipping, delivery, customer support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Information may include a customer’s name, shipping address, contact details, order information, and delivery instructions, to the extent reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose. PureFlow will handle personal information as described in its Privacy Policy at https://pureflow.com/privacy-policy. Where required by law, PureFlow will use written agreements that restrict service providers’ use of personal information to specified business purposes and impose applicable confidentiality, security, and other obligations. Depending on applicable law and PureFlow’s legal status, consumers may have rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain processing of personal information. These rights will be honored as required by law. Consult the Privacy Policy for data categories, purposes, retention, disclosures, and privacy-request instructions. Do not include sensitive personal information in an ordinary customer-support email unless requested through a secure process.

17. Security and Communications

PureFlow uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to its business to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers should use secure accounts and promptly report suspected unauthorized account activity. Transactional communications, including order confirmations and shipping updates, may be sent to the contact information provided for an order. Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable consent, opt-out, and other legal requirements.

18. Reviews, Feedback, and User Submissions

If you submit a review, suggestion, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is not unlawful or knowingly misleading. You grant PureFlow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting PureFlow, subject to applicable law and platform terms. This license does not transfer ownership of your content. PureFlow may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law. Nothing in this section prohibits honest reviews or restricts rights protected by law.

19. Disclaimers and Consumer Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis, and PureFlow does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation. Product warranties, if any, are governed by the applicable written warranty and mandatory law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits an express warranty, implied warranty, statutory remedy, or other consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any warranty disclaimer or limitation must be separately reviewed for compliance with applicable California and federal law, including laws that may apply to consumer product warranties.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PureFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services or a product, where such exclusion is legally enforceable. To the extent permitted by law, PureFlow’s aggregate liability for a claim relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount paid to PureFlow for the product or order giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable mandatory consumer remedies, liability for fraud or willful misconduct, or other non-waivable liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for third-party claims and reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful misuse of the Services, fraud, or material breach of these Terms. This provision does not require you to indemnify PureFlow for PureFlow’s own negligence, unlawful conduct, or obligations that cannot legally be shifted to a customer.

22. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any court proceeding will be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction and venue in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law gives the customer a non-waivable right to bring the proceeding elsewhere. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief from a government agency or exercising rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Any arbitration provision or class-action waiver should be drafted and reviewed separately by qualified counsel before use.

23. Changes to These Terms

PureFlow may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights relating to an order already placed where doing so would violate applicable law. If notice or consent is required, PureFlow will provide it as required by law.

24. Suspension or Termination of Access

PureFlow may suspend or restrict access to the Services where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, security risks, unlawful conduct, or material violations of these Terms. Any action is subject to applicable law and will not eliminate rights relating to orders already accepted or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

25. General Provisions

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without PureFlow’s consent, except where applicable law provides otherwise. PureFlow may assign these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, or sale of relevant business assets, subject to applicable law. These Terms, together with policies expressly incorporated by reference and terms disclosed at checkout, form the agreement concerning use of the Services and purchases made through them, subject to mandatory legal rights.
